Marc and Aaron diagnosed and fixed the issue with my boiler and water tank system within 24 hours of calling the problem in. Their final quote was also good value. Beforehand, Marc had spent more than half an hour on the phone trying to get the heating back online, for free and without needing a visit - incredibly kind and thorough work. I even got an education on how my specific water system was set up, which I appreciated after only moving in relatively recently! Would easily contact MPS again if I needed.

I had an emergency situation and power outage and can honestly say that MPS went above and beyond to help. They were super helpful and calm when I was not. Over the phone we discussed the issue and after a few pictures and calls back and forth, was advised I Needed Northern Power grid. They even called later that day to see if everything had been resolved. Cannot recommend highly enough. And will definitely be in touch again as I have some home projects in planning.

This local company was quick to respond, professional and totally efficient. Marc came to my rescue before Christmas when I was having problems with my oil underfloor heating downstairs and my electrical underfloor heating upstairs. I think he had to come back three times to finalise the problems which were too complicated to explain in this review! Nothing was too much trouble. Friendly service and he puts our mind at ease. 2 females living on our own (my grandma and I, who are both disabled), trustworthy, fast and efficient worker and extremely knowledgeable in his field.
