We ate really pleased with the quality of the work completed. We would have no hesitation in recommending Munro plumbing.

Tradesman arrived early, was very tidy, minimum fuss. Work was completed timely and carefully, everything he had to move to get to the problem was replaced with no fuss. The only reason you could tell that someone had been working in my kitchen was that the problem was fixed and very reasonably priced too. Would happily recommend Munro Plumbing & Heating to anyone.

Andy & Ross fixed our boiler when Worcester couldn't! They are also knowledgeable about, and unfazed by, underfloor heating systems. They stick with a job until it is sorted, even if it means repeat visits. They also sourced & fitted a part for our 10 year old fan oven. They are friendly, thorough, and a pleasure to deal with. We will certainly use them again!

new boiler system & radiators ; I found Munro Heating on this website and decided to get them out for a quote. Ross arrived early and walked me through all my options while providing advice and help without a single drop of hard sale. After receiving the (rather brilliant) quote I went ahead..... and the only word to describe his work is "fantastic" He showed up on time and well prepared, installed the system at lightning speed and left the place neat and tidy afterwards. The quality of his work is exceptional and you can tell he takes pride in what he does. No request was too small and he went out of his way to provide the very best system for my needs whilst keeping practical and on budget.... and his expert knowledge meant any questions I had were answered fully in layman's terms often accompanied by a demonstration and explanation. Munro Heating truly is an exceptional family run business and I would not hesitate to use them for all my future projects !

Perfectly handled from start to finish and accommodated at such short notice. We had our boiler condemned by Worcester Bosch and with three children and a vulnerable person in the house Stacey replied promptly to my initial enquiry. Ross appeared later in the afternoon and I had a very competitive quote for a new instillation in writing within 1/2 hour, I accepted the quote and the following morning Ross arrived on time as agreed and took meticulous care removing the old boiler and installing the new one. Ross once he had completely cleaned up then took the time to talk me through the operation of the new system how to ensure the warranty will stay in force. I cannot recommend Ross and his company highly enough, delighted with all aspects of service from start to finish.

My wife and I were embarking on a major refurbishment of an old bungalow and this required some major plumbing work therefore we were keen to get the right person into to help us with a large catalogue of jobs. We looked online and after booking an initial appointment with Munro Plumbing we decided to book them in for the work. I can only say it is a decision we did not regret. Ross was nothing less than outstanding, professional, competitively priced and very easy to work with. He made everything easy for us and also made sure everything was explained clearly and even suggested a brilliant solution to tricky positioning of our boiler. After 3/4 rounds of work. (installation of new pipe work, new radiators, moving of a boiler etc.) we can only say that we are so glad we found Munro Plumbing. We had so many jobs to do in the house but one thing we knew we didn't have to worry about was the plumbing. If we could give 6 stars we would do it in a heartbeat. Cheers Ross!

Great service, lovely to deal with.

I first used this company years ago and have used them a few times since when required and always been great to work with. But they have now gone commercial and done their first job for me at the restaurant I run and were very well priced compared to who we used previously. Always been the same engineer I have had and he is honest about the jobs which helps a lot. Also showed up this time in a new van so good to see these guys doing well for themselves. Hopefully the kitchen won’t have any gas problems again soon but if so I’ll be back in touch with Munro.

Punctual, clean and did a good job on my boiler and heating issue! They will be my first point of contact if I ever need to use the services of a heating engineer again.
