He clearly wants to do a good job, will advise & ensures the final outcome is a high quallity job. He dosen't cut corners. I felt I was in safe hands. He offered to return to fix a door mechanism problem, liaised with the supplier & sorted it! He worked like a trojan all day!! Thanks Pav!!"
