"Smart and Secure Homes Ltd installed CCTV and an alarm at my home and the service was excellent. The engineers were punctual, polite, and explained everything clearly, including how to use the systems on our phone. They were very respectful of our dog, always closing doors behind them, and cleaned up after themselves before leaving. Great communication throughout and a seamless experience from start to finish. I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable home security."
"Smart and Secure contacted us within a day of our request to replace a door bell/camera and monitor station. Simon visited and checked the current (broken) system, identified a suitable replacement and gave an acceptable price. Work was agreed for 2 weeks later, Simon arrived as arranged and fitted our new system. No drama, no fuss. System now working to our satisfaction. Simon also replaced the sensor for an outside security light. Thank you Simon and Smart and Secure."
