By providing Nic with a photo, he was able to identify the problem (which ended up being a simple one and of my doing!) and provide instructions over WhatsApp. This was great news to me and saved me money. Very helpful and would totally recommend.
Amazing plumbing service. Goes the extra mile. Always quick, reliable, efficient and trustworthy. Always does their best to come out in emergencies to resolve any new problems. Have used PHD plumbing for 10 yrs+ and they're the best plumbing service I've ever had.

Nick came to look at the job and gave us advice on the type of boiler we should use. He explained the job clearly and gave us a very respectful cost, much cheaper then your big company’s. He worked cleanly and completed the job on time. I highly recommend Nicks com company . Many thanks Nick for being a great installer for us.

They worked round their schedule to accommodate my needs and book me in almost immediately (which has helped me a lot). They arrived on time and carried out the work in a professional manner. EXCELLENT SERVICE, ARRIVED ON TIME ,WAS EXTREMELY FRIENDLY EFFICIENT AND HELPFUL. LOOKED AT A PROBLEM WE HAD WITH OUR SHOWER AND CAME BACK WITH QUOTES FOR PARTS AND WHEN THEY WOULD ARRIVE.
Very good service and advice and on future boiler life
Nic is fantastic - he did an emergency repair for us in December to tide us over to the New Year, then did the power flush and cylinder replacement in January. He then came out very promptly when our boiler stopped working just as temperatures conveniently dropped below zero - we were very grateful for him fitting us in urgently. He is very friendly, reliable, responsive, explains everything in layman terms, brilliant at tidying up after a messy job (the power flush). We've got him on speed dial!
We have used PHD a few times over several years for different jobs. Always prompt, tidy and efficient. Good, fair prices. Always confirms price before carrying out the work. A good job.
