This was excellent! quoted a max of £350 for a new replacement shower and did it for £300! How often do you get a cheaper rate than quoted? Not only punctual but early! Very clean and polite and quick, efficient worker. We even had a call the next day to see if the work was all in order and working fine. Not only this they did this the next day! As two disabled people who needed their shower working urgently cannot fault them. Fitted a much more modern and efficient shower than the model we had originally. Would highly recommend and use again!

A re roofing job which took about 8 days to complete was well done & would recommend Mr P. M. Charles to anyone

I would wholeheartedly endorse Phil and his colleague for the brilliant work they carried out. They were slightly delayed (due to no fault of their own), but made up for lost time, by working non-stop for a whole day. They were resolute and determined to finish, which they did, and completed all tasks to a high degree. Their demeanor was friendly and completely focused on the job. Even when they hit some obstacles, they overcame them with professionalism and dedication to the tasks at hand. I will definitely employ them again - Thanks Trust-a-trader.

My shower stopped working. I arranged an appointment for two days after the call (they could have come sooner if I had wanted). Within 5/10 minutes of getting to my house they had diagnosed the problem and talked me through my options. New shower (they helped me choose one), they even sorted out an issue with the toilet. Reasonable, got the job done quickly. I am definitely storing their number. They even cleaned up after themselves! Would not hesitate in recommending.

Excellent service; the repair was completed the same day, and for the quoted price, by a very polite and friendly young man, he even worked through a thunder storm to ensure my leaking roof was repaired as quickly as possible! A professional receipt was produced and he even gave me some free DIY advice. I would certainly use them again and recommend them.

Fantastic!! Asked to quote on an hole in the roof, whilst quoting the wife pointed out other things we needed doing, bit of plastering, fit new sink, repair guttering, fix a step and fitting a pvc facia to our front bay window. Our quote was all supply and fit. The work was done over 2 days with no fuss and no hassle, as we were not there an rewritten invoice was left in our kitchen roughly £40 cheaper than the quote and bank details to pay. I would recommend PM Charles to all and i will be in touch with them again for any other work the wife finds :)

Excellent service, came out last night to assess where the leak was coming from and isolated it, then returned today at a time that suited us. All work completed to a high standard, very tidy, very punctual and all at a fair and reasonable cost. Would have no hesitation in recommending to family and friends. Thank you for sorting out a problem that our insurance company failed to do a lot cheaper and without unnecessary upheaval.
