Took the time to make sure that he supplied me with the most suitable shower and he did a really fantastic job. Very pleased with the work and woulnd't hesitate to recommend. He went out of his way to find exactly what I wanted.
I filled in his on-line Query Form at 20.30 on a Sunday night - he replied to my e-mail and left a message by 21.00 - very impressed with this prompt response. Phil came round the next evening and fixed the issue I had in my bathroom. Totally impressed with the service he provided and cost. I would definitely use him again and recommend him to others.

Very good first impression - professional, yet friendly. Came to fix my broken toilet within an hour of making the initial call. Was courteous, explained fully what action he needed to take. Carried out the work in the specified time frame and left the bathroom area clean and tidy. Would recommend PR Property services and would definitely use them again.

Before you hire a plumber
Agree the call-out fee, the hourly or fixed rate, and whether parts are charged on top — in writing — before an emergency plumber starts. Out-of-hours overcharging and 'while I'm here' add-ons are common complaints.
Be wary of a plumber who, on a first visit, says your whole system or boiler must be replaced — get a second opinion and an itemised quote (parts and labour separately) before agreeing to major work.
