All work carried out as requested and agreed, very easy to deal with and very pleasant. Not a straightforward job but they just dealt with it.

I had an issue with kitchen taps that I had sourced myself and Adam was very helpful and professional in sourcing and fitting a new set which suited my requirements. On the 30 of December I came to a horrific image of my conservatory being soaked in water, my insurance company sent me off and said that I should know where the leak is otherways they would not touch it, luckily a few days before I spoke to Adam and arranged to fit a new boiler (as the old one was already dying) so I quickly gave him a call and was good that I did as he has put my mind at ease adv me what to do and even on the 31 st when everybody else would have shut their phones down at this point he kept in touch, then he came around on the 3rd instaled the new boiler and saved the day

Accurate diagnosis of fault with boiler. Quick efficient work. Brin and Adam were very polite and pleasant. Were willing to fit in with my timescale despite them being very busy so now my house is super toasty again! Would highly recommend.

Adam is very experienced and immediately ordered the replacement part we required. He then quickly and efficiently installed the new flush. He is very polite and I would recommend him to anyone.

Ingenious and inventive when ancient system and fittings prevented intended action.

The work carried out was exemplary and you would never know they had been (unless the leak had stopped dripping through the ceiling!). We also needed a new witch fitted to control the heating of our hot water. Adam and Bryn just got on with the job in a clean and efficient manner and by the end of the day no more water damage was being done to the fabric and structure of the house. Top marks boys, I recommend these guys to anyone. A++

Very pleased with all aspects of their work and attitude.

Adam and Bryn were excellent. I called on them to investigate and fix an issue whereby several items fed by the cold water system were not working. Within an hour, they had worked out that there was an airlock in the system, and had flushed it out. As an add-on piece of work, I asked them to replace the siphon in the en-suite toilet, which was managed quickly without mess or fuss. Very happy with the work, and all done at a very fair price!
