Right from the quotation stage Barry was keen to give ideas and opinions, not just a price. He was more than happy to adjust the work quoted to fit in with our new plans. The quote was fair and competitive and the work schedule agreed (to fit around our holiday!) well in advance. We were also able to take advantage of PDPs relationship with local suppliers with some very welcome discounts when purchasing all of the bathroom fittings. Work started on the date agreed and the prep work ensuring minimum mess was excellent. At the end of each day Barry told us what had been completed and left the house neat and tidy. The tradesmen who came in to do the plastering and tiling were also punctual, tidy and their workmanship was spot on. We had our bathroom and en-suite completely replaced and are very pleased with the results. Barry and his team are extremely hard working and professional and this is reflected in the end result. Our bathrooms look amazing and we will 100% be using PDP again in the future. I can’t recommend them enough.

This is the second piece of work Barry and his team have undertaken for us over the last 14 months. This time it was a total bathroom refurbishment. The outcome is superb. All Barry’s team have been terrific, are all excellent craftspeople who are clean, professional and a great source of advice. The plasterers Dave and Grant, George the Tiler, Paul the mastic man, Barry, Tyler and John who stripped out the old units and installed all the sanitary ware etc. Barry’s team overcame every challenge in a positive way especially lifting an awkward 88 kilo bath up a flight of stairs. Barry and his team are just the best. We had 3 bathrooms done and are very pleased with the work. They showed up on time, worked hard, cleaned up, and completed the jobs within time given. On the first day, they made sure floor and furniture were protected and kept everything as clean as possible. They are very pleasant and trustworthy people. We felt comfortable leaving them with the house keys. Would highly recommend them.

This work was carried out in a very professional and friendly manner. Have used this company before for a new kitchen which was expertly fitted. Hence I had no hesitation in using them again. All work was excellent. No waiting for any part of the job to be done, it all run like clockwork. I would highly recommend them.

This is the second time I have used Property Development Plus, and both times Barry and his team have been great. Work was completed on time and within the agreed budget, and we've been happy with everything completed. They were also flexible to add some tasks during the job or tweak things as things progressed. The last job was to renovate the entire ground floor, which included plastering, removal of redundant gas pipes, new doors, skirt and architrave, installation of new radiators, removal of fireplace and preparation and installation of a Wren kitchen. The previous job was to renovate the entire 1st and 2nd floors, including removal of chimney breast, installation of a new staircase, new radiators, new doors, skirt and architrave and plastering. Overall we couldn't be happier with their work, and I would highly recommend them.

Barry and his team reconfigured an upstairs bathroom, installed a new downstairs WC, removed a pillar and completely refurbished and fitted kitchen, dining room and snug area. All of Barry’s team have been brilliant. Always on time, work completed to superb standard and tidied up after themselves! Really love the finished product and grateful for all their hard work. We have more work to be done and will definitely be inviting them all back!

I can’t rate Property Development Plus highly enough. Barry and his team were absolutely fantastic. They were on time, polite, hard working and cleared up after themselves at the end of each day. The work was well managed with all the different aspects of my kitchen installation dovetailing with no delays. There were several hiccups on the way but each time Barry came up with a very satisfactory solution. The attention to detail was very impressive and the standard of work very professional. We would like to thank PDP Ltd for the excellent work that has been carried out at our home. Every aspect has been done to a very high standard and we really appreciate it and love it! Barry turned a very stressful situation into a pleasure for us. I just wish we had used PDP from the very beginning and not the insurance company’s builders. We had to have ceilings and floors replaced and a new kitchen and bathroom. We would highly recommend Barry and his team to people, and have already done so. Barry’s business came highly recommended and he did not disappoint. Professional, friendly service from start to finish. Costings were discussed and agreed. Our kitchen remodel and fit included removing the ceiling, adding a supporting beam, moving a wall back, electrical and plumbing work, fitting low level and wall units. Installation of electric cookers, hob, water softener and all white goods. On first visit Barry listen to our plan and ideas, he didn’t just say yes I can do that, instead he shared other suggestions which were agreed. For example pointing out as we planned to have glass splash backs, putting some electrical sockets and fuse spurs inside kitchen cabinets. Making the splash back more streamline. Barry led the work schedule, ensuring all trades were aware of time slots. Along with Tyler (plumber), Grant and Dave (plasterer’s) and George (electrician), the work was carried out to scheduled times and very high standards. Everyone was professional, friendly and answered any questions we had. As with any plan a couple of minor issues arose (our doing), these were resolved by Barry’s carpentry expertise. Time keeping was excellent and the area was kept safe and left clean and tidy each day. The granite company suggested by Barry also arrive as planned and carried out the work to a high standard. This is the third improvement work that I've had Barry at Property Development Plus carry out for us. This time it was an extensive kitchen dinner remodeling and we are so happy with the outcome. Number of walls down for new open plan kitchen / diner with install of new kitchen and utility room. Great to work with, so helpful, great quality of finish - wouldn't use anyone else.

A well established and professional firm. We have used this company before and on both occasions been impressed by the work that has been carried out. Right from the word “go”, all work was carried out at the amount quoted (right on budget), the team and the principal (Barry), were well presented, arrived at the appointed time of instigating and carrying out their tasks and finished each day leaving our place as tidy and functional as they could thus minimalizing any inconvenience that may or could have arisen. The work that was carried out was to replace our bathroom and toilet and we are very happy with the transformation. To this end, my wife and I have no reservations in recommending Barry and his team to anyone who seeks to renovate their home.

Barry removed my old kitchen and utility room and fitted a new one. The whole process was seamless from start to finish. Barry managed to get everything done in record time. He worked full days and finished the job ahead of time. All mess was cleared away at the end of each day and disruption was kept to a minimum. Considering completely gutting and refitting a kitchen is such a big and (can be) stressful job - this was far from it. Barry is clearly knowledgeable and has a wealth of experience. PDP installed a fake chimney breast and a fire surround in my living room. They also plastered all the walls and ceiling as well as put up new cornice. They completed the work on time and to budget. Barry has carried out several other building jobs for me in the past. He and his employees are always very polite and helpful. They arrive on time, work hard all day and clear up after themselves. Their work is of a very high standard and I can highly recommend the company.

Barry attended our Home to finish off our Kitchen. Although what for him may have been a small job, we found him to be friendly, courteous and professional. We would have no hesitation in reccomend him.

It is my pleasure to again review Property Development Plus Ltd. I first used Barry in 2021 for an escape of water insurance claim and now again in 2025 for a complete bathroom refit. I had originally noticed their vans in my neighbourhood when they were working on local properties. Several neighbours had been extremely pleased with the work PDP had undertaken including an amazing extension, kitchen installation and a new bathroom, so I knew I would be in safe hands. Barry repaired all my ceilings for the escape of water claim and took all my stress away. I knew immediately that I would only have Barry to do any future work. His quote for my new bathroom was incredibly fair. The standard of Barrys work and his colleagues ( plasterers/ tilers/ electricians/plumbers/mastic) on both occasions has been absolutely outstanding. The quality of the tiling and bathroom fitting is simply amazing, I am so pleased. 100% recommended!
