"Following an extension, I needed to replace a sensor. I saw a Rotec Alarms Ltd van locally and dropped them an email. I had a call from one of their staff and after checking the website booked in for the repair. They offered me a service plan which meant my call out fee was nil and I only paid for the new part (plus the annual service plan). The alarm system was also serviced as well. Brandon arrived on time and was extremely polite and helpful. The part was replaced quickly with no fuss and the alarm system checked thoroughly. Whilst we don’t need a new alarm system yet, he explained how we could upgrade to a new panel and create a hybrid system using our existing wired set up and new wireless sensors. This was reassuring for the future. I can’t complain at all. Saved me money and gave me peace of mind."

Mark and co fitted a new alarm for me today. They were very efficient and courteous. Worked tidily and only left after ensuring that the alarm was set to my preferences and we understood how it worked. Very happy with what they have done and would highly recommend
