I used RustyPhix to replace my boiler that stopped working as well as 3 rusty radiators. The communication was very good throughout the process and they were very quick to reply to my messages and sent me a comprehensive quote. I went with them rather than the competitors because they were cheaper but the quality of the work they did was really good! They were able to come back when I had other smaller issues and they installed a smart thermostat for free (I already had it). The only downside is that the job took longer than expected but I would definitely use their service again.
I am extremely happy with the plumbing work and communication throughout the whole time, the plumbing was done to a very high standard. I would definitely use Rusty Phix again and recommend them without hesitation.
Communication was clear from start to finish and the pricing structure was really reasonable. Really went above and beyond to get me sorted on the same day and gave me lots of advice/help for the future. Will definitely be my go to guy moving forward.
