He then returned with the correct pipes, carried out the full repair, and carefully restored the ceiling. This required making an access hole, which he later repaired seamlessly so that the finish looked as good as new. In addition to resolving the plumbing issue, Sam also decorated one of my rooms. The walls needed to be skimmed, and he completed this with great attention to detail. The final result is smooth,"

Really tricky angles to make it work but he’s done a great job, very neat and tidy, nicely painted new loft door so looks good as well, everything sorted. Nicest, most hardworking bloke and never any fuss. Would recommend to anyone."

Sam's Builders undertook work in my flat relating to doors and windows. All work was professionally and conscientiously done at a reasonable cost. Happy to recommend firm which I will use again
