Scott has replaced a radiator in my kitchen and did an excellent job. He has now taken over the annual service of my boiler which is cheaper and done better the British Gas. While doing the first Scott found a problem with the Co2 emissions, which he showed me the readings. The fault could have been a couple of components both expensive. After talking to Scott I decided to have to have the boiler replaced as it was getting on a bit. There was no pressure from Scott, he just give me the facts and prices and let me make the decision. I’m glad and had the new boiler, it comes with ten years parts and labour warranty. I would have no hesitation in recommending SDB Heating, excellent job and a fair price.

SDB Heating offer an exceptionally professional and friendly service that is great value for money and of the highest quality. We have used them on several occasions to complete a gas boiler and radiator replacement and relocation within the property, a full bathroom refit, gas fire installation, smart heating upgrade, boiler and fire services, and routine heating and plumbing maintenance. Scott was very good, very professional and punctual. He arrived on time, finished job with explaining things correctly and politely. Finished off with clearing off mess. He initially quoted the price and stick to the price, excluding any other additional work. Slightly expensive or overpriced from normal tradesman, but otherwise is OK.

Scott was the perfect boiler repair man. He responded clearly to my initial call and was in contact before the visit and on the day of the repair. He arrived on time and was easy to deal with and friendly. Scott was systematic and thorough in the repair, which was not straightforward. He also provided helpful advice along the way, as at one point it looked like a new boiler may have been needed. Fortunately it wasn't needed - and the repair call out and price was reasonable and, for example, much cheaper than Brit Gas). So we will be calling Scott again (but hopefully not for another year or so).

Scott came to do a service on my combi boiler which had a fault. He talked us through everything he did and fixed the problem. Very reasonably priced , very nice man. Would definitely recommend .

Our gas fire failed to light having not been recently serviced. After searching for a local trader with strong reviews, I contacted Scott on Sunday morning. Scott got back to me very quickly, and was at the house the following afternoon. His work was excellent, taking great care to leave everything in a better condition that he found it! Absolutely delighted to have our gas fire not only up and running again, but pretty much looking as good as new. Very fair pricing, excellent value for money. Would add that Scott was very friendly and courteous - I learned a lot about gas fires and more (mostly at my request!). Would recommend without reservation.

Scott replaced our boiler and moved/replaced a radiator in one of our bedrooms. Turned up when he said he would and explained everything clearly to someone who was pretty clueless (me). It took a few days and he always tidied up at the end of each day as much as possible and didn't leave us with any mess after. A great job, will have him back for any future work & would definitely recommend.

I was having problems lighting my gas fire, so on January 2nd I telephoned and spoke to Scott at 'SDB Heating'. He suggested that I had the fire serviced, and he gave me a price. We arranged for him to do that, and on January 5th Scott arrived at 9am as agreed, and he worked as a true professional throughout the time he was with me. Start to finish, he did whatever was necessary to get the job done. Scott was very friendly, he cleaned up after himself, left my fire looking fantastic, and working perfectly! Very good price too! Really friendly, knowledgeable and efficient

Scott installed a new radiator for me in a room that had not had one in before. I was very happy with the end result and was impressed with the professionalism and expertise that Scott displayed when carrying out this work. Scott provided a faultless service. Extremely prompt response on the day my boiler breakdown, a thorough fix and service to get my 20 year old boiler online again. Also responded to my request for a new installation and walked through the system extremely diligently. Quotation breakdown was sent on the same day. I will certainly recommend to my friends / family and he will be my first call for future work

I required a safety check to my combi boiler so made a request to five gas engineers to contact me. Scott was the only one who made contact with a quick and courteous response. Scott was exactly on time for his visit. On examination of the boiler it was found that its time had come and a replacement was the best option. When checking the gas supply in the house it was found that we had a gas leak inside the house. At all times Scott explained the issues clearly and went through all of the options. Scott sorted the leak and replaced the combi boiler. The place was left in good order and arrangements were made by Scott to remove all of the waste. I am an Engineer myself and recognise a professional when I meet one. Scott will be my preferred choice to complete any gas work in the future.

Spot-on, explained what he was doing and why...and didn't mind that I watched what he was doing! I will recommend him to friends and family.
