Had a problem with the shower controller coming away from the wall. Chris came out very quickly and put it back properly straight away. So pleased and relieved.

Plumber arrived at the appointment time and carried out the repair quickly and efficiently.

Shaw's sent an email reminding us that our annual boiler service was due. A date and cost was agreed. Chris turned up when Angelo said he would. From the first email contact, we were kept informed by Angelo and Chris explained the works he was carrying out during his time with us. They were very efficient and we will certainly use their services again.

Shaw's Plumbing have a great system. You make the appointment with Angelo and Chris comes and does the work. So Chris can get on with the job instead of fielding calls from other customers. Chris turned up exactly on time. My job was small - replacing the timer on my immersion tank. But Chris also checked the thermostat and found it wasn't working properly either. He was able to replace it on the spot without a further call-out. The quote I was given was what I was charged (plus the thermostat part). Will definitely use again: they're now my preferred heating specialists.

Amazing company! Original chat with Angelo who was a great help, answered all my questions Chris then did a free visit to check everything to ensure we were quoted for the right work. Was quoted for the works and explained what needed doing. Cost of the works was great compared to other companies! Was expecting a much more expensive job but it was within budget. Installation itself was seamless, Chris did an amazing job and explained everything as he went along. Also advised about any other possible issues in the house that may need fixing, which is a bonus!
