Mike did a great job fixing our hot water tank overflow. He came the same day And got straight on with it. His rates are very reasonable and I would certainly Use him again in future.

Mike has been carrying out work for me on and off for the past few years, and I honestly wouldn’t use anyone else. He is absolutely fantastic at what he does. I called Mike late at night with a burst pipe in my kitchen. He came out quickly, sorted the issue straight away and was very professional throughout. Really reliable emergency plumber in Southend - I wouldn't hesitate to call him again.

We had a blocked toilet on a Sunday morning and Mike was the only plumber who picked up the phone. He arrived within the hour, cleared the blockage and left everything tidy. Great service and very fair pricing for an emergency call out

We had Mike over last week after he came highly recommended on a local community site. Our shower had been driving us mad with low pressure and a lot of noise. Mike came by the same day to take a look and quickly diagnosed the issue as a failing shower pump. He gave us a clear quote for a replacement, and just two days later he was back to install the new one—right on time and at the agreed price. No fuss, no issues. We’re really happy with the service and will definitely be keeping his number for any future plumbing work.

I phoned Mike after our power shower pump would not turn off. We turned it off from the fused switch but water was dripping from the temperature valve down the tiled wall through the bath seal and into the airing cupboard. Mike said that he would be with us within the next 2 hours. He asked if I could send him photos of the shower itself and inside the cupboard, which I did. Mike arrived about an hour after we spoke and set about stopping the leak. He put in a couple of isolating valves and said that we needed a new thermostatic cartridge as the one we had was ceased. As luck would have it I told Mike that I had a new one. He asked me to get it and when I produced it he proceeded to fit it. Voila the shower worked perfectly. I was able to pay Mike by card and in a little over 1 hour from him arriving he was leaving having resolved the problem. Mike is a very pleasant chap and I highly recommend him.

Mike was quick to respond with a quote using pictures I'd sent him. He was punctual, friendly and I'm happy with the quality and finish. He took all the old items away and was easy to pay using card. Id definitely recommend him and would use again in the future.

Called Mike up to a blocked toilet and it turned out to be a blockage in the drain in the garden. Mike explained that he didn't specialise in drainage however he was happy to give it a go with his drain rods and plumbing equipment he did carry on the van. I accepted the challenge and Mike put every bit of effort into clearing my drain and to a success as well! Great effort and great service. Honest genuine person.

The replacement float valves in both the header tank and cistern are working fine a month later, not much more to say 🤷‍♂️.

Mike came out in an emergency, a burst pipe in the loft had flooded the house. He quickly isolated the leak, getting thoroughly soaked in the process. After that he has done several jobs for us including fixing the leak and replacing the toilet. He is always pleasant, does a good job and charges are reasonable.

Mike supplied and fitted a replacement tap for my kitchen sink, he did an excellent job, very happy with the value and quality of his work, would definitely recommend.

Mike immediately came and renewed a system valve for me which had worn and didn’t shut off properly. He was prompt and certainly knew his job and left us with the work site clean and tidy. I have used Mike many times before and am completely confident in any decision or solution he makes. He even revisited me with an issue I was concerned about and in the end it was my mistake, but he was courteous and respectful and , as always a pleasure doing business with him.

Had a leaking cistern, which was getting worse. Mike came when he said, did a great job and tidied up when done. Would use him again gladly.
