The work was completed on time and to an excellent standard. The customer service was excellent. The work was completed for a reasonable price with all aspects of the work being itemised so very transparent. The workmen cleaned up afterwards. Thoroughly recommend this company.

Replaced an old roof which was 27 years old. Stace Roofing had products which suited my needs. We were very impressed by their attention to detail and were very professional in their methods. The installation process was explained fully and we agreed on the type of product we required and the price. We were fully informed of the installation procedure which was carried out as promised. Extensive repairs carried out on my roof were done very efficiently and effectively. The lads were very polite, helpful and arrived on time, worked until the last possible moment, daylight permitting. Everywhere was left tidy and safely at the end of each working day. I would not hesitate to recommend Stace Roofing to anyone considering having work done, however small or extensive as mine was.

We had a flat section of roof over the Dining Hall which eventually leaked also two front windows which were flat leaded one of which had the lead partially removed by a thief! I found Stace Via Which & following discussions felt they were competent people to deal with. Unfortunately this project was started & completed during the Virus Lock Down so negotiations were at distance but with a friend helping locally. Stace are a very professional company & good people to deal with & trust.

Stace Roofing carried out work on valleys, ridge tiles and the gable end. Their work was carried out efficiently and to a high standard. The workmen were friendly and approachable and the work was completed in the timescale suggested and according to budget. The cleaning up by the workmen following completion of the work couldn't be faulted.

Explained what they thought was needed and then what they advised. Went into considerable detail to explain both the schedule of works but the science behind the process. Everything went as per plan and they finished job with everything trim and left the area tidy I would happily recommend these to others and indeed have already mentioned them to a friend who may be looking for some work being done.

What more can be said about this fabulous company other than great customer service, great communication, great work and competitive prices. This company Stace Roofing was excellent in every way. The boys were very hard working, polite and considerate at all times and went above and beyond to complete the work in record time. they left the site clean and are a credit to the company.

From first viewing the Stace website, the information available was most impressive, clear and honest. The arranged visit by Mr Stace was most helpful both agreeing on what was required, a price quoted which was less than expected. All went to plan as arranged with the scaffolding being put in place and work started the next day. The team carrying out the work were outstanding, completing the project on time including cleaning up and disposing of the rubbish. I would thoroughly recommend both the company and the team and would not hesitate to use them again if the need arises.

Used Stace following a recommendation and couldnt be happier! We had two sets of works, a chimney removal and a new flat roof and on both occasions the teams on site were punctual, friendly and knew what they were doing. I contacted Stace Roofing Ltd after several "roofing companies" failed to fix our leaking roof. From the very first contact, they have been extremely professional in all aspects of the work completed. After assessing the problem a clear quotation and detailed description of the work to be completed was issued within 24 hours. Once the work started it quickly became apparent extra work was needed, I was able to view photos of the problems and agreed to go ahead. The work, initially scheduled for 1-2 days, turned into a 4 day job but Stace Roofing ensured various teams were allocated to ensure there was no significant delay in completing the job. After paying the final invoice and the scaffolding was removed a few days later I noticed an issue with the fascia board, I reported this and within a couple of days, another team arrived to fix this remaining issue. At all times the teams on site were very polite and happy to explain progress, they tidied up and removed all debris before leaving. I thoroughly recommend using Stace Roofing Ltd. I recently had the pleasure of Stace Roofing team carry out works on my property to encapsulate my balcony parapet and install new composite decking. From start to finish, their service was nothing short of exceptional. The team demonstrated outstanding professionalism and expertise with work performed to a high standard. The crew (Brett and Fin) were punctual, excellent with keeping me informed of progress. The quality of the materials used and the craftsmanship was great. The new composite decking has transformed my balcony, giving it a sleek and modern look while also ensuring durability and ease of maintenance. The encapsulation of the parapet was executed with precision, stop a water leak and enhancing the aesthetic appeal of the space. Stace were called to repair the source of a leak that was causing an occasional damp patch in the corner of a bedroom ceiling. An initial attempt failed to solve the problem but Stace called back a few times without quibbling, and at their own expense, to try and correct it. Eventually, it was necessary to have Stace replace a section of roof, which appears to have has solved the problem. The team did an outstanding job. They took the time to mix and match existing and new tiles to minimise the visual impact of the repair work. The team were extremely courteous, easy to have around, and worked in often quite difficult conditions. Stace always made us feel important as a customer and Greg stayed in touch regularly and helped us through the process. Would we use Stace again, without doubt. Would we recommend Stace to anyone else, without hesitation.

Stace replaced 2 flat roofs for me, one large and one small. Both GRP. The surveyor came quite quickly after my enquiry and I felt confident in his advice. The quote was very thorough - far more detailed than the other 3 quotes I got. In fact, I turned down the offer of a free repair from the original roof installation company (whose roof was failing) as I felt that Stace would do a far better job and I am not disappointed. The job was scheduled in a littler earlier than I expected, which given the time of year was great, and what was involved was fully discussed with me. Their scaffolders were communicative, turned up exactly as planned - AND took the scaffolding down as soon as the job was completed. Their roofers worked hard, knew their trade, were pleasant and very tidy. Supplies turned up just before they were needed and each stage of the work was meticulously photographed and approved by Greg Stace before proceeding to the next stage. Communication between the roofers onsite and Stace management was excellent and shared with me. There was an inevitable "older house" surprise which was quickly dealt with and caused no delays. You can just see that my new roofs are a far higher quality than my previous roofs (which were not cheap). The insulation used is to the highest standard and is already making a difference.
