Craig and his team at Swan Plumbing fitted a new heating system for me in 2019. They also installed my bathroom, shower room and plumbed my new kitchen in. I have used Craig for over 5 years for all sorts of jobs. He has: Completed a refit of my downstairs toilet, sink and radiator water feeds and waste Moved and fitted a new boiler from my kitchen to the loft. Craig did such a good job that when I claimed on warranty a few years later that the manufacturer commended the quality of the installation. He made my heating and water supply in to a pressurised system meaning I have increased water flow and my heating warms up very quickly. Craig also services my pressurised cylinder and boiler every year. He is punctual, tidy, polite and really good value too. Happy to recommend Swan Plumbing.

The engineer arrived on time and was very polite. He took off his boots when coming into my house and explained what he was going to do and need access to. He was efficient and great value for money. I would recommend this company to complete any further boiler repairs or plumbing.

Washing machine plumbed in. Advised on appliance and saved me money as I had ordered the wrong size. Also worked for me at a previous address whereby they put water to an outside shed and connected water to a dog grooming bath of which they moved into place for me. Normally workman won’t help but they went out of their way. Very happy customer

They carried out a boiler service for me. It was hassle free. I emailed them for a quote and they came back the same day. On the day of the service, they were actually running late but had called me up to apologise and gave me an approx time. Then I had a follow up call from the plumber himself and he confirmed his eta. When he arrived, he was polite and extremely helpful and the service was A+++

Nathan came down to fix my boiler on the first call out and did a wonderful job. A few months later, I noticed a leak from the hot water tank and called Swan. Nathan came down again, inspected the leak, ordered the parts and came back to fit a new emersion heater. He is punctual, friendly and knowledgable. I would highly recommend Swan with an emphasis on Nathan.

I had a new combi boiler fitted together with 3 new radiators to replace problem ones and new thermostats to all other radiators. Craig and Nathan are a great team both getting on with their tasks in a quiet and considerate manner. I am over the moon with the installation of the new boiler and very happy that I chose Swan to do this work. I will certainly recommend Swan to anyone I know who needs to have this work done in the future as I couldn't find fault with them at all. The price was very good and the appliances used are of a very good quality.

Required gas supply to hob to be cut and capped and a previously capped gas supply to living room fire to be shortened and recapped. The young man who attended was extremely efficient and very polite and undertook the job in an exemplary and professional manner. Explained the urgency for getting job done asap and engineer was here next day, thank you.
