Josh talked me through the settings on my panel and helped me set the alarm so the bell wouldn’t sound on the trigger of the alarm. He was so knowledgeable and very patient fixed my alarm within 5 minutes and waited on the phone while I tested it several times. On top of being so helpful didn’t charge me. To me that shows what a genuine honest person/company. He will be fitting my cctv and alarm in my new house when I move in. Thank you ever so much Josh."
