Excellent work carried out with fully refurbished bathroom and cloakroom. Impressive accurate time scales and professionalism. A great attention to small details and always looking to excel and give best finished touches. Overall very good experience this company has gone as far necessary to keep the noise and dust to a minimum and make the whole process hassle free. All people involved in the project were great professionals and all put their best effort into it. Their advise in order to procure the materials was very helpful and critical to get it right.

I have now had cause to use this firm on three occasions. They were brilliant on two large jobs and two small jobs so they don't just give great service for the big jobs. They've been professional, friendly and reasonably priced on all of the work they've done for me and have gone above and beyond to help. I wouldn't go anywhere else now. Very heartily recommended!

We have known and dealt with Thermo-Flow Services Ltd for a number of years. The whole team are knowledgeable, professional, polite, willing to help and happy to answer my simple layman's questions so I understand what they are doing, but also how certain heating systems work. From Dan the main man, through the team and of course Cindy steering the show. They always return calls within minutes (which can be gold-dust at times). Cannot recommend this team more.

Annual service carried out in the usual very professional way. Reliable, efficient service as always.

Had a leaking main stopcock in the kitchen. One of the team came out and replaced. Little bit challenging due to positioning behind a kitchen unit and that the main stopcock in the garden didn’t close fully so completed the replacement whilst water was still coming out. Did a great job👍

We have been with Thermo-flow for about 8 years. Just before Christmas we needed some emergency work carrying out. At very short notice they came and sorted out the problem. Everything was fully explained to us before any work was carried out. Their approach, as ever, was polite, caring and conscientious. Highly recommended.

Came and surveyed the plumming for free. And gave me a solution to fix my heating. Came quickly and after 3 long years of no heating finally its working amazing!! Engineers were very respectful and cracked on and did a smashing job.

Excellent service all round from the team when decommissioning some old gas supply pipes and onstalling new to connect to a new appliance: top quality workmanship, flexibility with timings, easy to contact, prompt communications, answering technical queries and even a tiny a bit of snag work that they sorted easily same day. I actually met the owner before without realising - he helped me at the plumbers merchants in 2023.

We use Thermoflow for our annual boiler service and any other issues with the oil/heating systems. The thermoflow team always arrive on time, are friendly, do a thorough job and leave everything clean and tidy.

Steve's work was impeccable, our boiler was in excess of 20 years old, and he and Dan cleared it out along with the old tanks and piping without fuss. And the new Bosch combi-boiler they fitted works a treat. I have to stop myself bursting into song every time I take a shower. And they left our home in great condition, all I had to do was a quick whip round with the vacuum cleaner the next morning. So I highly recommend Thermo-Flow, they know their stuff and their workmanship is first rate!

We needed both zone valves replacing on an ancient central heating system. From first contact, (Cindy?) to completion of the work (Michael?) Excellent, efficient and very good value. Would definitely use again!
