Right from the start, Tim was very knowledgeable and friendly and I had no hesitation in booking one of their surveys. A colleague of Tim's did the survey and I was very impressed with the way in which this was carried out. I then received a comprehensive survey report and recommendations the very same day. An excellent service from start to finish."
"Our ground floor flat used to suffer with poor air circulation. Every day we would have condensation on the walls and windows that encouraged mould growth. TJR came and assessed our property and determined that powered vents in the kitchen and bathroom would limit the amount of moisture entering the flat. They also suggested anti-mould paint be applied to all the external facing walls. It's been a month since the works were completed and we couldn't be happier! No water on the windows or walls, and the mould smell has vanished! Thanks TJR!"
