The job was carried out by Tom and Steve who over two days turned up on time, cleared up after themselves and at every stage kept us informed as to what they were doing and why. We now have a perfectly rendered chimney stack , completed on time and at a very reasonable price. A big thankyou to you both from Samsntha and me, great job guys !"

Agree the call-out fee, the hourly or fixed rate, and whether parts are charged on top — in writing — before an emergency plumber starts. Out-of-hours overcharging and 'while I'm here' add-ons are common complaints.
