Rich did a great job for us on an extension we had done a few years ago and has been my go to plumber ever since, he's handled a few jobs that have required some figuring out plus some straight forward ones and has been dependable, good value and transparent with costs whatever the job. Would highly recommend as for me when looking for a trades person their attitude and trustworthiness is as important as their work

Waterboys fitted 2 new boilers for us in our rented properties. I don’t have photos but we have been more than satisfied and I’ve recommended them to different people. We also have them to do the on going gas checks etc. Great people.

Rich, from Waterboy Plumbing, has carried out a number of jobs for me including boiler service, dishwasher installation and fitting an outside tap. Rich can give quotes over the phone, and these are adhered to. He offers very good value for money, without compromising on quality. Rich has always responded to enquiries in a timely manner. He is trustworthy, friendly, knowledgeable, arrives on time and carries out work to a very high standard. I have no problem in recommending Waterboy Plumbing whatsoever.

Rich was very professional, friendly, and did exactly what was needed. He did the work promptly and without fuss, fixing a leaky cistern, leaky radiator valve and leaking bath tap. I'd happily use Rich's services again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

Really professional and punctual. We've been let down by many trades just this past year but were very pleased with Richard. He even kindly did a bit of extra work that materialised without complaint. He was also very reasonably priced. No nasty surprises. And he cleaned as he went along. Excellent from start to finish. Polite and helpful, arranged to come the same day as I had a water coming through from my attic to my hallway below. Sorted the problem very quickly, and got my central heating up and running. I would definitely recommend him and will be using him again in future.
