This company is run very efficiently so that they are able to give very competitive prices and get the job done expertly and quickly. I sent photos as requested showing the GC number of the Worcester Bosch gas boiler, the required new part was ordered and the job completed within two days. Both the administrator Darren and the plumber Barnaby could not have been more helpful or shown greater expertise.

I took a chance to try and find a reliable and experienced boiler service and megaflow check. Jamie came as per plan in a good time frame and helpfully explained how the megaflow worked as he serviced it and the boiler. I'm happy to recommend them for their work and customer service.

They were quick to respond and managed to fit us in to their busy schedule to fix the fault and restore our central heating in the middle of the February cold weather. Their prices are reasonable and they are good at explaining the work required and completed.

Discovered a broken motorised zone valve on Friday afternoon. Called Darren at Westflow who sent Joe round within 90 minutes. Joe replaced valve very quickly and professionally. Great team work at Westflow. Certainly will use them again.

Super reliable, polite, clean and efficient plumbers. Always try to accommodate even when they are busy. Slightly more than other but you are paying for top quality service and plumbing!

Contacted for the first time to replace a leaking valve after receiving an extortionate quote from a different company. Darren was very helpful over the phone and booked the job in for the next afternoon. Barnaby completed the job promptly and swiftly and the cost was about a third of my previous quote! I will definite use them for any future works.

I have been using Barnaby and his team for 4 years now, and the service has always been very professional. His small team know what they are doing and are happy to explain everything, which makes me feel comfortable with them being in my house.
