Following a very disappointing visit from an engineer from Local Gas London Services- we seek a second opinion- and found Richard. He identified the banging sound was not due to a faulty pump (as suggested by previous engineer). Richard serviced our Baxi Bermuda back boiler, and the results were immediate- the boiler became much quieter. We would highly recommend Richard to anyone looking for a trustworthy and knowledgeable gas engineer.

Richard was punctual, thorough, and polite. He carefully explained the problems he found with the boiler as he uncovered them. I asked for routine maintenance but he discovered that the alterations to the system had been severely botched by others in previous years. Richard did a fantastic job moving our boiler from the living room to the kitchen and connecting new radiators. It was a tricky job as we had just had redecoration done he was very considerate of this and worked clean and really looked after us. I highly recommend Aqua H2O and we will definitely be using them for all our future plumbing jobs.

Richard took on a complicated boiler installation and absolutely rose to the challenge, working in a calm and result oriented manner, solving problem after problem. He went above and beyond on a job that had put off some others. Having been without heating and hot water for two weeks, I particularly appreciated him working on a Saturday. I felt relaxed soon after the work started and throughout.

Richard was very professional and let me know by phone when he would be here. He did the work on the same day as I asked him, which was great as I needed him to do the gas pipe work and connection of a hob that I had just installed and had just been let down by a different company. Richard was polite, friendly, professional and very reasonable on price. It was a pleasure and a relief to have a gas fitter do the work, who was honest etc. I would definitely recommend Richard and will be using him if I need a plumber in future.
