"I only have one reservation in leaving this review - and that is that Brad gets so much more work he will not be available the next time we need him - a good plumber is hard to find and harder to get hold of. From start to finish Brad was exceptional. Clear and prompt communication, transparent and very competitive pricing, explanation of what needs to be done and why. Then the execution of the work (replacement of 10 radiators)was also extremely fast, with care taken for aesthetics as well, including tidying up. The results of the work are extremely good - even better than expected. 10/10"
"Brad was very professional and efficient throughout. He provided excellent communication, a prompt quote after his initial visit and discussed options for some of our concerns. He provided practical advice and and fitted our new shower systems very efficiently, and left the bathrooms very clean. He also identified a couple of issues from the original builder which he kindly resolved while he was completing the job. I would highly recommend BJP plumbing and heating, and we will definitely be using the business again in the future."

By law, anyone working on your gas appliances must be on the Gas Safe Register — ask to see their Gas Safe ID card and check the licence number at gassaferegister.co.uk before they start.
Never let an unregistered person touch your gas: unsafe gas work risks carbon monoxide poisoning, fire and explosion, and is a criminal offence.
For a boiler or appliance install, get the work and price in writing and keep the Gas Safe / Building Regulations certificate they are required to give you.
Confirm they cover your area and can actually come out in your timeframe before anything else.
