The entire process was smooth and efficient, and I really appreciated his attention to detail. Chris also made sure to leave the area clean and tidy after completing the job. Fast and friendly service. Chris fixed the major leak in seconds and installed a new trap for the sink very quickly.

Excellent service, thank you Chris. Boiler was leaking, went online with CheckaTrade and found local Gas Boiler engineer CMC. Called Chris who answered immediately. I explained the boiler issue and he came round within 20 mins. Promptly diagnosed the problem and repaired it just as quickly. Polite, courteous service and knowledgable. A pleasure to deal with and competitive rates. I will use CMC Heating and Plumbing in the future. Highly recommended.

I asked Chris to service my mum's boiler which was in a tricky location in a kitchen cupboard. Despite this he did not charge any extra even though it was very difficult to access as half the cupboard had to be dismantled. He also looked at a leaky drain-off valve and I was pleased when he said it just needed tightening - some others may have charged extra or made out that additional work was needed. I am very pleased with the service he provided and would use him again without hesitation. The price was very reasonable.

Chris replaced our broken boiler. He came out promptly to quote for the job and was very knowledgeable and transparent about the work that needed doing. The price we received was very competitive and we didn't hesitate to use Chris as he had done a couple of other jobs for us in the past. Chris is always very friendly and polite and did an excellent job. Above all, his communication and timekeeping is great throughout, which isn't always the case with other tradesmen!

Very Competitive quotation given for the job and accepted. Chris has been our heating engineer for several years and so we had no doubt that he would do a very thorough job. His attention to detail is first class and the entire job was undertaken competently with all the requisite checks and explanations to the householder undertaken. Chris arrived at the time agreed and was extremely friendly and courteous. I was very impressed that he removed his shoes (most tradesmen do not do this). At all times whilst carrying out his work, he kept me informed of what he was doing. This is very reassuring from a customer point of view. You can clearly see how passionate Chris is, and how thorough he is when carrying out any works. I would not hesitate to use him again in the future.

Found a leaking pipe. Called Chris at 9am he was round in a few hours and fixed the problem. Really nice guy, price was more than fair. Highly recommend.

When I found water seeping out across the kitchen floor I rang a few plumbers for help. CMC Heating was the only one who answered, the rest didn't even return my call. The Plumber said he would visit within a few hours and true to his word he came later that morning, found the problem, and fixed the leak. He was friendly, courteous and worked cleanly and efficiently. I was very impressed with his professional attitude and would definitely recommend him.
