Denis regularly services our boiler and so when we arrived home from a visit away to find water dripping through the lounge ceiling we knew who to call. He called back within 10 minutes and was with us shortly thereafter to assess what needed to be done (19 yr old element in the hot water cylinder corroded and leaking) and give advice as to how to prevent further water damage. He returned with a colleague the next morning to replace the element and we are sorted! Every one needs Denis Cooper in their contact list, highly recommended.
