Dean installed a new shower, radiator, serviced my boiler and issued a gas safety certificate for me. It was great working with him, he not only did a fantastic job at a reasonable price, he was also reliable, communicative, helpful when I asked questions and left everything impeccably clean.

From initial contact to completion of job the service was excellent. Great communication throughout the process. Dean arrived at the stated time and explained clearly what work was required. Dean is polite and considerate and the work was carried out quickly and efficiently. Will definitely use his services again.

I contacted Dean about a gas safety check and a couple of plumbing issues in my flat. He was very efficient, getting back to me a with a fair quote for the job, and fitted me in within a week. Dean was very professional, provided a quote quickly and sorted the job (a full boiler replacement, along with a change of several radiators) within a fortnight, which was greatly appreciated - and the work was all done well and completed in good time.

He came last week for an inspection of the issues, explained what needs to be done, provided a clear quote, clarified my questions reg. the issue and quotes, scheduled a convenient date and time, turned up on time, did everything he set out to do in a timely manner. We have used Dean for a variety of plumbing jobs over the last few years, including the replacement of under sink water heaters, fixing broken pipes, installation of new shower units and sorting out a blocked sink! Dean has done various plumbing jobs for me over the last few years; routine boiler servicing and gas safety certificates, and fixing leaks and drainage issues. He came and installed a new boiler yesterday. He's done a great job and found and rectified a number of additional issues with the preious installation I wasn't aware of. He's reliable, responsive and polite and I recommend him to others without hesitation.
