Drain Teq came highly recommended by a colleague. Can't praise Chris highly enough. In no time at all our blocked toilet was cleared and back in action. Very professional and lovely person. So nice to find a trustworthy company.

Chris manages my drains once a year he does a clean and we now have no problems. Today i made a call to ask for his help as their was a smell under my sink. Its been there since we had the extension built. Within 1 min he looked at the undersink plumbing and said … you need a plumber. The pipes were very badly installed by another builder in Letchworth. Chris didnt want to charge me as he said it was nearby . I have never had anyone turn up and not charge me. Thank you Chris for your help and kindness.

Cleared a mixture of tile grout and limescale from underground drainage. Work was absolutely done in a text book manner. Chris suggested his next move and asked whether i agreed to it - not pushy at all. I can seldom say this but I would have no hesitation to recommend Drain Teq - Ray in the office and Chris on site - both completely trustworthy.

Drain Teq did a great job for us, and I really can't praise them enough. We contacted Ray in the office last week and he was really helpful. He then called back first thing today to say Chris could be with us within the hour. When Chris arrived within 5 minutes he had discovered that all 4 of our drainage manholes were full and problem was at the last manhole where the drains leave our property. Chris not only cleared the clump of root causing the problem, but he also cleaned all the manholes, checked every drain was clear and running correctly and to also managed to remove the screws holding down our driveway manhole cover. All of that was achieved in under an hour which was great value. A pleasure to find tradespeople who are polite, knowledgeable and leave everything so clean and tidy. Wouldn't hesitate to use again and recommend to others.

We contacted Drain Teq as we needed to sort our old, knackered drain pipe and grate which were in a state. Chris arrived on time, was very polite and friendly. We had suspected a blocked drain from our toilet, he checked both manholes in the garden and found the blockage. He promptly cleared the blockage, tested that the toilets were flushing properly and then washed out both manholes. We were very impressed by the standard of the work and would highly recommend.
