Kevin from Elsby Engineering was is one of the most professional tradesmen that we have ever came across. My disabled father was in desperate need of a new boiler due to his being condemned and the insurance people gave him a company that would be able to replace the boiler ASAP. However after some important questions asked on our side, it was decided that we needed to get him an independent quote. Elsby engineering came in with an acceptable quote (with no hard sell) which actually ended up being a better quote and had other things on the quote which he would actually would need and the other companies quote didn’t but we found out he would if needed. Further more the 2 boilers the other company recommended were actually too large for his property. All our questions were answered and even gave us advice, also the space that he had to work in was incredibly small and when he finished he gave my father a step by step instructions and all the documentation and said he should call him.

Came home from holiday to find the heating wasn’t working - within 45mins, Kevin had located the problem, sourced replacement parts & completed the job to a high standard - will definitely be using in the future for any other jobs that come up! Efficient & honest 👍🏼

Kevin helped us out installing a new cold water meter and removing a bypass in a hotel. Kevin was professional, punctual and fast. Carried out the work and cleaned up after himself without any disruption tot he hotel. Highly recommend
