"We messaged Glen early Monday morning (thought it was too early to call) and he responded within minutes! Explained that we had a blocked kitchen pipe that we had taken apart but couldn’t see what the issue was. He let us know that he’d be over that afternoon and he was! A genuinely lovely guy who was kind and sorted the problem, much to our relief so we could use the dishwasher and sink again. Will definitely be calling Glen again and will be recommending him to everyone!"
