Steve and his team were very good. We have used them in the past and each time has been the same. Always turn up when they say, good workmanship and tidy. I would also like to make reference to the 2 other colleagues (Jordan & Ethan), they are so polite and good workers, they are a credit to the business.

Very happy with the service. Jordan was professional, friendly, and explained everything clearly while carrying out both the service and radiator repair to a high standard. Communication was excellent, and the admin team were easy to deal with, providing advance notice of when Jordan would arrive. Pricing was very reasonable too, around half the cost of a local competitor. Highly recommended.

The company have serviced our central heating system for 5 years now and have replaced an old radiator. All work carried out to a great standard and extremely tidy. The engineers have always been on time and the company txt/email when the engineer is on the way. Totally recommend L & W.

I have used this company for over 10 years on various properties. They have great communications, getting an appointment is a breeze. Their engineers are prompt professional and engaging. I have used them for both boiler servicing and boiler and plumbing repairs. They always explain what they are doing, what they have done and any recommendations for follow up or the next visit which I can make a note of. On top of this they are always decently priced. Will keep using them.
