Plumbing Wise did an excellent job fitting a new Megaflo cylinder to my heating system, which has vastly improved the water pressure in my house. Andy is great at solving problems with older heating systems and did the job quickly and left the house tidy.

Last year Plumbing Wise Ltd installed a new boiler in my house. I was totally delighted by the work done. It was quick and very well done without any disruption. They are also maintaining the boiler and the heating system. I have every confidence in this firm's ability and trustworthiness. They are not cheap but do an excellent job. Peter, Andy and their electrician Ashley came to remove our useless Nibe Heat pump and replace it with an EHC 9kw electric boiler and hot water cylinder. The heat pump was massive and a total nightmare to remove but Peter and Andy did not complain at all and made it look easy despite it being a super heavy unit. The quality of the workmanship is fantastic and for the first time since moving into our flat 4 years ago, it is actually warm in the winter. We will be using these guys again to service the boiler and for any other plumbing job that we need done around the house as they did an excellent job on this and they were both really nice guys as was Ashley the electrician. I genuinely can't recommend these guys enough and will be passing their details on to any mates that ask.

I would like to recommend Plumbing Wise company for their excellent work from the beginning to the end. I was pleased to receive a detailed quote and all needed information ahead of works. New electric boiler and hot water cylinder were installed efficiently and professionally in our London flat. Modified pipework was neatly arranged, and electrical works very well executed. Engineers were knowledgeable, friendly and helpful to explain the new system. Works were well coordinated and completed on time. Afterwards, the company was quick to respond and return to replace a new part that happened to be faulty. I have been very pleased with works, grateful, and would not hesitate to use Plumbing Wise again.

Starting with their questionnaire, which was quite thorough, the whole process ran quite smoothly for the replacement of my boiler. Pete talked me through the various options, and also called the boiler store in order to confirm a change of make. As others have stated, the work was carried out by Pete, Andy, and Ashley (for the electricals). They seem to be a decent bunch with some good banter thrown in for free! They remained quite professional and respectful throughout. The general impression that I got was of people who really knew what they were doing. I am happy to recommend them and will be using them again.

I called plumb wise for 3 x new electric boilers around 3 weeks ago and was asked go send through floor plans and photos of the existing systems. my email was completely ignored and I've sent follow up emails and messages and I still haven't got any reply 2 weeks later worst customer service I have ever experienced I do not recommend using this company

Plumbing Wise came to look at a problem with the hot water in an old house. They came up with options (no hard sell) and I went for a new boiler. They are always mindful of the upheaval of work and seem to find miracle ways of avoiding ripping out kitchen or bathroom fittings when re-piping. They communicate well, provide honest and detailed quotes and did the work on time, at cost quoted (even dealing some issues along the way and not charging more). And they clean up thoroughly afterwards. Both Andy and Pete are personable, honest and utterly professional. I have used them a few times and highly recommend them. I am happy to leave them alone in the property without any worries.

The Plumbing Wise Team reconfigured the pipework leading into my boiler following a botch job from a previous contractor. I have the before and after photos. The job Plumbing Wise completed was excellent - amazing job!

I needed a new combi boiler and also wanted an accumulation tank to improve flow. I spoke to many installers, Plumbing Wise were virtually the only ones that seemed to understand accumulation tanks having fitted them many times. They provided me with a reasonable quote not long after visiting the site, it was an easy choice to engage them. Andy and Peter were fantastic to work with. They are extremely engaging and professional and take a fastidious approach to their work. The job was started and completed within the agreed timescales. They respected our property and left it clean and without any damage or scuff marks. Above all they were very happy to respond to all of my detailed questions before and during the works. They also took a great deal of time to explain the new system to me once the work was completed. I am delighted with quality of the installation, the experience could not have been better. The relationship does not end here, I will be using them for all future servicing.

The varied tasks fell a little outside the specialisation of Plumbing Wise (heating systems and notably electric heating), but having installed my system they were clearly happy to provide additional services to a "client". The job of revealing for repair piping within a concrete floor is clearly not a popular plumbing task but this was completed with efficiency & care. As were all the additional tasks I requested. The team is friendly and helpful, ready to explain the job in hand, thorough in their examination of the issues and neat, conscientious and tidy in execution. They inspire trust and kept to the estimated time and budget. I cannot recommend them more highly, though as a small team they are keen to explain that they cannot easily respond to urgencies and non- planned work. It is nevertheless well worthwhile to await the (brief period of) time to a planned appointment.
