Always responsive to messages and fits the job in asap. Charlie is an expert in boilers and anything plumbing. He has fixed leaks, a loose radiator, plumbed in a shower and bathroom suite. All tidily finished and great job done. He is especially good at sealant!

I was very pleased that they were able to install the boiler so quickly and the standard of work was excellent .

After our external lead supply pipe was changed by Severn Trent, we wanted our internal lead pipe replaced. It was surprisingly difficult to get a quote for this task - until Charlie from Plumbsharp visited. He seemed genuinely interested in this less common job, and how it could be best achieved. He and his co-worker Victor took pride in their work and were very careful to minimise damage to our Edwardian house. They regularly explained what they were doing. Each of the three days they worked, they left things very tidy, with our water supply reconnected each night! The cost was a bit higher than I expected, but we are very pleased with the work, and would definitely recommend them for quality and attention to detail. Charlie even discovered that STW had replaced our Pb pipe without refitting the smart meter, so I could chase them up about that.

Very professional, I always shop around with contractors but i met Charlie through a builder who was project managing a huge job on my home. I was a little apprehensive but after moving my boiler downstairs and adding the complete system for a new extension I absolutely would use no one else. The attention to detail, the finish and knowledge this guy and his team offers is excellent, done to a very high standard. Topping all this off, hes actuallt such a sound guy too, which is apparant as soon as you give him a call!

Initially great, responded promptly and arranged visit morning after the call. Was able to diagnose the issue and explained all about it. There was going to be be further work required for an underlying issue but the initial symptom had been resolved. Then shared a quote promptly and again all fine so I accepted and it looked like the underlying issue would be resolved a couple of days later. The issue came when I mentioned the next day that the original issue hadn’t resolved. I chased four times over a number of days and absolutely nothing in response.

I am very happy with the work they did. They got rid of very dangerous gas leak that we don't know we had and didn't leave until it was fix. Any mess they made they clean up and got rid of the mess. They were very polite and we'll manage. If we have any problems that need a plumber we would go with this company again

Charlie was extremely prompt to come out and assess the work. He was able to quote and complete the job there & then which was excellent service. Charlie was friendly, trustworthy & wore shoe protectors (which is always a bonus in our house) Thank you for your help Charlie.

I was very pleased how quickly Charlie of Plumbsharp came to resolve my issue. He was very polite and went the extra mile to fix things for me (leaking under the bath). I would recommend his services to anyone.

It's hard to find a good plumber. Charlie is a good plumber. He was able to get to me within two weeks and did a fine job with what he had on hand. He took pains to explain why he made the recommendations he made and just generally had a customer-centric quality focused approach.
