We started using Rhodes Plumbing &Heating a few years ago having discovered them on Checkatrade. We have had our gas boiler serviced by them every year since and we have had to call them out to deal with various other heating problems. Each time we have been very satisfied with all of their work and helpful advice. We had to call them out at the end of last year to fix a leaking radiator valve which was affecting the water pressure on the boiler. Again all work was expertly done.

So hard to find good trades people and this is the first time we've used Rhodes Plumbing & Heating Ltd. We needn't have worried as they were excellent. Loren was efficient and responded quickly to our enquiry, she made the whole process very smooth from start to finish. Dale was great too, very professional - arrived on time, was so pleasant, knowledgeable and fixed our leaky boiler. He went out of his way to get it fixed for us as soon as possible. Will definitely be using them again (hopefully we won't need to very soon though!).

Rhodes plumbing have helped us with smaller plumbing jobs and boiler fixes for the last few years, and recently installed a new boiler for us. They quoted us a good price and held our hand through the process ensuring we knew how long it would take, what extras we may need, etc. Dale and his team are always a pleasure to deal with, we're happy customers who will continue to use them in the future.

I was given very good information in order to decide if I wanted a new tap of to fix the valve. The work was completed on time and in line with the quote - even though the removal of bath panels was more time consuming than anticipated. The rates are not the cheapest but Rhodes are reliable and totally competent. I will use them again.

Used Rhodes Plumbing recently as our underfloor heating wasnt coming on. Was lucky to get an appointment for two days time due to a cancellation. Loren who took my call was really helpful and sent over all the relevant information needed. Dale came out on the day of the appointment and gave a 20 mins heads up he was on the way. He methodically investigated the issue, making sure he explored all avenues before having to recommend an expensive fix. Luckily the issue was resolved easily and quickly. Was really happy with the experience and would definitely call again.

I've been using Rhodes Plumbing & Heating Ltd for many years. Having had service so poor from a previous heating engineer that I was exposed to a carbon monoxide leak, I needed to know I was in safe hands.
