I used Richmond Park Plumbers to replace our very old boiler and install a new radiator. I had a new boiler/heating system installed in a small flat. I can't fault the work of Richmond Park Plumbers. They provided a clear quote and I met them at the property and went through everything with Tim who was patient with my questions/concerns. After a slight hitch from the energy provider providing the gas meter the works were not finished but it was not a problem for RPPs. They popped back the next month and brought this job home. Special thanks also to Bianca in the office for excellent customer service, always cheerful and responding quickly to any concerns and questions. Thanks!
Our boiler wasn't working due to low pressure so we called Tim's mobile on a Friday night after 7pm. Tim explained how to fix the issue over the phone free of charge, saving us a call out and the associated cost. Very friendly and helpful! Thanks Tim!

Had a problem with new washing machine not compatible with current drainage to outside of the house. Removed old drainage and installed new. Very good service, neat, kept cheerful. Very recommended.
Two big issues with this company. A large water leak soaked our carpet and damaged our curtains. While he was initally willing to compensate us for the damage he no longer responds to our phone calls, texts or emails and over 1 year later has no interest in putting this right. Additionally we just had our boiler service done only for the engineer to tell us that the commissioning checklist had not been completed which is required for the warranty to be valid. Again I have tried to contact Tim but get no response. I would avoid using this company. Very poor customer care if theres a problem.
Arrived promptly, and were very efficient. Another company had recommended a replacement boiler however the contractor said it was repairable and repaired it for a fraction of the cost. Really happy with the service!

Arranged a boiler service for a Saturday which was cancelled without a reason and rearranged for the following Tuesday. I waited in for the 4 hour morning slot but no engineer arrived and no contact/update. Phoned for an update but couldn’t get an immediate answer about why the engineer was late. Had to chase an hour later and was told that we would have to rearrange (no reason given). Next appointment was the evening we were going on holiday. We agreed to delay our departure with an assurance the work would be done. Received a call at 4.30pm (5pm appointment) saying the engineer felt unwell.
Richmond Park Plumbers were freindly and efficient, they quickly arranged a time to visit, arrived when they said and fixed the problem first time. I will definately be using them again, and have no hesitation in recommending them given my experience on this job.
It is 10.30 at night and Richmond Park Plumbers have got back to me immediately because they had a cancellation tomorrow morning would I like that slot? Sadly I can't use it because of work ???? but still super impressed by their helpfulness. Bianca seemed cheery and friendly. Would contact again in the future.
Very good service and excellent old school pipe work all laid and fixed in a manner that gives you confidence - just a shame no one can see the quality of workmanship!
Took a while and considering the hourly rate was expensive, including materials. That said, if I ended up with what I desired - hot water - then I would be satisfied. Two months later I'm out over 500 quid and have no hot water.
