Having used British Gas for many years to service the boiler I became increasingly disillusioned with their standard of work and their poor approach to customer services. I was recommended Ryan by a friend. How refreshing to find someone who is professional, fully qualified and thorough. Ryan has been out on a couple of other occasions to fix the flushing mechanism on the toilet and to mend a sticking valve on the heating system. On both occasions the work was carried out in a thoroughly competent manner by a pleasant and knowledgeable individual.

RV Plumbing and heating attended a leaking toilet. RV was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable in how to resolve our issue with a minimum amount of disruption and in a practical and cost-effective way.

Came on the same day as phone call Had a problem with boiler He found out what the problem was, and offered to do a quote for replacing parts and a quote for installation of new boiler giving me 3 different quotes for different boilers Decided on new boiler as it was over 10 years old That was agreed on Thursday and he came out on Saturday to fit it as we had 2 young children in the house and he classes that as an emergency So overall very satisfied with our experience and extremely satisfied with the job done First time I’ve used him but it won’t be the last Thank you for a great job Ryan

Having been let down by a previous Plumber I had lost all hope in getting my slightly leaking loo... that only leaked when flushed resolved Called Ryan and he came out the next day to have a look and said he would be back Sat around mid day ...turned up at 11.30 Did the job ...replaced some bits and left me with a leak free loo Cleaned up after himself and charged a reasonable price Fantastic job will recommend to all my friends Thanks

Ryan provides the standard that all artisan tradesmen should aspire to achieve. Polite, knowledgeable and efficient, he set about fault finding and resolving the problem without delay and at the end of an already long day for him. He left us at about 18.45 with our hot water problem resolved, confident that his work was accurate and we once again had a safe working system. We cannot recommend him highly enough. Thank you.

Ryan was a complete god send. He came to check out a boiler fault initially in an emergency call out. After finding boiler not worth repairing we agreed a date to replace it. He gave quotes and completed the work exactly as quoted. He was very efficient and job completed without any faff. All in all very happy with a great service.

Helpful and friendly from when we first got the quote right through to sending the bill afterwards. High quality workmanship and delighted our boiler was repaired with minimum hassle. It was not a huge job but excellent customer service regardless.

I had an opportunity just before the christmas break (in-between tenants) to get a full Central Heating system installed. Ryan came out and gave a competitive quote which i was very happy with and assured me it could all be done in my very tight timeframe. The end result was a tidy and professional installation done in just 2 days by the RV team which has made the house nice, warm and ready for my new tenants.
