Robbie as always was very prompt and on time in arriving at my property he repaired a kitchen tap, a leak on a toilet cistern. Also repaired a leak in a shower. To a very high standard.

We used Robbie and his team when undergoing house renovation work. They moved our boiler and a water softener, fitted underfloor heating and undertook all the various plumbing work involved with fitting a new kitchen and utility room. They were reliable, friendly and did a good job and we would highly recommend them. When we get round to doing our bathrooms they will be the ones we will call!

He solved our problem with the overflowing drain pipe from the washing machine and discovered a serious problem with the way the boiler condensation pipe was installed by a previous company . He fixed it all successfully.

Boiler service. Shoosmith Heating and Plumbing installed all the plumbing /heating/bathrooms etc in my new house 2 years. He continues to maintain it all. He has done work for me since he set up the business nearly 15 years ago. I would not go to anyone else.

The tradesman seemed to work out the cause quite quickly, was friendly and carried out the work. But he turned up just over an hour late. What I am disappointed in is that i paid £100 for a valve replacement. It was £80 plus VAT per hour excluding parts, which I find too expensive for the minimum cost of a plumber visit for a very simple job.

As ever Robbe was a delight to do business with. His workmanship is excellent and he solved our somewhat complex heating and hot water problems quickly and efficiently. I would recommend him unreservedly.
