We have known and dealt with Thermo-Flow Services Ltd for a number of years. Our oil boiler stopped working on the first frost for the season. Dan came out to visit our house the same day, diagnosed the issue (broken motherboard), attempted a fix (which sometimes works) but unfortunately for us didn’t. Then reordered a new part and fixed it the next day. Really appreciated the quick fix as living in house that was around 10 degrees wouldn’t have been nice for any longer
