Not one bad thing to say about WB property services gave them a call and came and gave me a free quote within a few hours of calling super fast and friendly service I had my old felt and old tiles come of and on with the new and what a difference it made to my home. I am very happy with the outcome and I would definitely recommend these guys for any roofing work you need doing big thanks to the team for getting it done for me in such a short space of time can’t thank enough

He was recommended by people who had work done on our road and we thought he was great. Responded quickly, did the work within a couple of weeks and did a really good job. He saved us lot of money compared to other quotes we had and was just really good to deal with. Would definitely recommend!

Riley and his team offered a competitive quote and decisively and professionally completed a series of tricky tasks on an old roof needing TLC. They offered before and after pics and removed all waste neatly. Would recommend.
Our roof needed a repair which included replacing some rotten battens, broken tiles, repointing the ridge tiles, repointing the chimney stack and removing some broken pots and capping the chimney. WB gave the best quote for this work and also for adding lead flashing to the roof with a rendered bead. The work was carried out quickly and efficiently, with all the rubbish and leftover materials being removed. Communications were excellent. We would definitely recommend WB to anyone looking for roofing work.
Quick response, reasonable price, very efficient service
Very friendly company, checked roof and explained all work required. Gave reasonable quote. I did not feel pressured by them. Work done by Matt and his team especially Dave was to a very high standard. They answered my many questions while the work was ongoing and did not display any impatience. I would recommend them to anybody who requires roofing work large or small.
The workers were really polite, cleaned up after themselves and got the work done for cheap and in a quick time frame from the emergency call.
They were very tidy and done a great job fast and efficiently while keeping the cost low and with minimal noise and also noticed a few of my tiles cracked and luckily had some spare in there van, they replaced these for very cheap costs

In the current storms, our chimney stack came loose and bricks fell down the roof and smashed Tiles. We called WB Roofing in an emergency. They came out within the hour and carried out the repairs on the same day. Great bunch of lads highly recommend.

They were very tidy and friendly whilst decorating, there were no issues that came up just quick and easy. The price was very reasonable and I can personally say I will be coming back to them in the future.

Agree how they charge before any work starts — a percentage of the build cost, a fixed fee, or an hourly rate — and exactly which stages it covers (concept design, planning application, building-regulations drawings, work on site), so there are no surprises later.
Confirm what they will actually handle versus what is excluded — the planning application, the building-control drawings, and whether they will administer the builder's contract on site — and get it, and a portfolio of similar projects, in writing.
