I’m sure there are many fine plasterers out there but what determines customer satisfaction are factors including a) Prompt and clear communication b) Fair price. c) Interaction with customers during the job itself and in my case d) Patience answering stupid questions!! Jack and Tiran (I know that’s probably wrong but I’ll never be able to remember that name) were a pleasure to have on site; worked with speed and efficiency to a really high standard of finish. I have rendering jobs on the horizon and they will be my first port of call.

I carried out due diligence on several builders and received quotes for work from two. I eventually settled on Jack (Apex) and don't regret my decision. Main job was rendering a bungalow, removing a supporting wall and fitting a RSJ, and cutting out a window to self fit french doors, all works were done to a high level of finish. It was a pleasure to have Jack, Tim and Terran around and there was no increase between final cost and the initial quote. Some additional work was required and these were discussed at the time.

Apex plastered over two ceilings and multiple sites which had previously had spotlights inserted. They have done an excellent job and cleaned up satisfactorily. Communication has been excellent.
