I contacted Atech regarding a potential drain blockage following a fitting of a new macerator in a downstairs toilet. Communication was instant, concise and clear. A text message followed 30 minutes ahead of scheduled arrival. All work to be completed as explained so that even I understood it and carried out promptly. Although the issue was not with the drain itself, guidance as to hat it may be was provided (and turned out to be correct!). Unfortunately because he (wrongly) believed he had not sorted my issue, he refused to accept and payment or to invoice for his time and work carried out - which was over an hour of exploratory and cleaning work... no matter how much I insisted.... Having experienced less than adequate work from a previous company (macerator related) Atech have restored my faith in Local trades. If you require any work on your drains, experience any form of drainage related issue, this should be the only Company you look for! I have certainly saved all contact details. Thank you!
