I had Beales Services in to fit a replacement, larger, gas boiler, one additional radiator and all new radiator thermostats in my home. This work was later extended to fitting a larger gas supply pipe as the gas pressure to the boiler was found to be insufficient for the new boiler. Ben was at all times very professional, very clear in explaining what he was doing and why. He was also (very rare nowadays) punctual. He worked quickly and cleaned up after himself very efficiently. The new boiler developed a fault the day after it was fitted, and Ben was back to assess the problem within a couple of hours of being called. He deduced it was a manufacturing fault and he arranged for the maker's (Vaillant) representative to come the next day and replace the faulty part under warranty. There have been no problems since, and I am very pleased with the new system's performance.

Fitted new boiler and thermostat. Excellent work, gave fitting the boiler a priority in his work schedule as heating and hot water were completely out, tidy in his work and very pleasant person to deal with. Could not be more pleased. Work charged as per initial estimate.

Ben replaced kitchen tap today. Fitted us in next day after contacting him. Undertook work at agreed amount. He was punctual, efficient and pleasant. Additionally he checked other parts of plumbing system.

Beales replaced our old boiler and control system with a new condensing boiler and Hive thermostat.
