Really impressed with Roger. Both his standard of work as well as the knowledge he has impressed us very much. Our site manager made a point themselves to say how impressed he was with them. We have since used Roger on two other jobs and again have been impressed with his professionalism and extra help/advice he has provided

Inspect-A-Drain have always been very profesional, working in a timely manner, very communicative while demonstrating safe work practices.

After noticing a smell from the drains we hired Roger to undertake a CCTV investigation. This was carried out methodically and thoroughly, identifying the problem and eliminating all other possibilities. He charged us for this at the agreed rate and recommended against the unnecessary cost of a full report. We agreed on a price to jet the drains and remove the blockage which was also carried out efficiently and professionally. Roger also gave some useful advice on a replacement part for the gully. Overall I was very happy with the price and level of service provided.

Roger was very proffessional and his video and report was of good quality and he responded quickly when asked for advice on what we had found, plus his price for the remedial work was competitive. Would recommend him to friends and family.

I received 3 quotes to have my broken sewer pipe replaced, 1. reccomended from a friend and 2 from trustatrader. As follows £10,000, £3500 and £2000 The lowest from Roger at this company. His call out was £40 The £10K quote was £168. Beware just because they are on this site doesn't mean you can trust them not to rip you off!!! Needless to say Roger got the job and I was so impressed, Right from the time he came to inspect to completion we was polite informative and very proffessional. He knew exactly what he was doing and worked with me to minimise disruption to my guesthouse customers (he had to dig up my driveway). He never stopped working and relaid all my block paving perfectly. DON'T GO ANYWHERE ELSE. THIS MAN IS HONEST KNOWLEDGABLE, RELIABLE AND WON'T RIP YOU OFF. Roger was friendly, professional and polite. He responded to my enquiry quickly and it was clear that he had a lot of experience. He suggested a solution that I could afford and did the work the next week, making the whole process much more pleasant than it could have been. Not only that, the work was reasonably priced and he used a super flexi liner, so I didn't need to have the whole area dug up, which a different company had said would be needed.
