He properly sorted the issue, explained what had caused it, and made sure it was fixed the right way rather than just covering it up. The finish is spot on and the area now looks lovely again, you’d never know there’d been a problem. Really pleased with the quality of the work and would happily recommend to anyone needing damp repairs done properly."
