Identified fault during annual service which put the boiler out of commission. David returned on the SUNDAY morning with the necessary part and fixed the issue. Above and beyond service.

So glad we found LBP Plumbing. Liam is so efficient. He done an excellent job. Very particular in every way. He fitted a radiator in our living room and fitted a new shower in our ensuite. Liam is a very lovely man. Kept us involved in everything he was doing, very trustworthy. I will definitely use this company again.

Contacted LBP Plumbing and Heating LTD due to dropped pressure in my boiler. They provided a helpful link so I could fix the problem and checked that I had been able to follow it. All this while being on holiday! I've used this business for a number of years now and I can not recommend them enough. Always helpful, polite, punctual and tidy when doing works as well.

A first class service from start to finish. We had been messed about by other companies who viewed the job but never quoted or threw huge prices at us. LBP quoted a detailed value for money plan for our bathroom refit. They booked the work in and stuck to that date. Once the work commenced there was none of the disappearing off to other jobs for days on end. Communication was clear and helpful all the way through. It is an experienced family ran business all of whom were polite, punctual and committed to carry out the work to a high standard. They even carried out extra work without adding it to the invoice. We could not be more delighted with the work and would highly recommend them to others. We will certainly be using them in the future.

I reached out to them for advice when my water stopped working. I was given some good advice and was reassured that if they was still an issue they would do there best to find the earliest appointment they could. Thankfully it was solved without them needing to attend but their advice and reassurance was greatly appreciated. Again outstanding service whilst servicing our boiler. We have used LBP for a number of years and would not go anywhere else now. The engineers have been punctual & pleasent delivering exceptional quailty from the moment they arrive to the moment they leave. We have used other heating engineers over the years but none have come close to LBP. Use them, you won't be dissapointed.👍

We were experiencing hammer noise in our pipes. We were advised to change the ballvalve in the watertank, which we did. It worked a treat, no more noise! Much appreciated! David Healey

Work was diagnosed very efficiently and fixed well. Plumber had to work in a very small space but this didn't phase him at all. Would be very happy to use this company again.
