Called Monument after reading the TaT reviews, was able to sort a suitable time on my day off, and was kept updated as to when he was on the way. Arrived at the agreed time, instantly diagnosed the problem and potential problem (They fixed a dripping sink tap), fixed it first time and also provided some advice on another issue. Great service from Kevin at monument plumbing services. Kevin was very polite and took the time to explain the issue clearly, he arrived on time and within an hour of calling, completely resolved the issue ( boiler leaking no heating\hot water). Kevin was a hero. He moved his schedule to come a day earlier than originally booked when the problem got worse and made a second unscheduled visit later the same day. He investigated really thoroughly and clearly explained everything to both me and the people in the flat below us experiencing a leak through their ceiling.
