He arrived about an hour after I explained that we had a small gas leak detected after mentioning a slight smell to the BG engineer servicing the boiler which had resulted in the gas being switched off. Neil checked all the pipe work and connections behind the cooker where the smell had been, and sorted the problem out in no time at all. We are immensely grateful to have the heating and cooker back in use in about an hour and for an extremely reasonable price. We will be getting Neil back for any other gas issues including servicing in the future."
