Paul Donald Plumbing & Heating

Paul arrived quicker than expected, is very knowledgeable and experienced plumber/heating engineer. Happily he is also friendly and likes dogs, which is a plus. His experience in plumbing matters came to the fore as he quickly located the problem, fixed it and was on his way. Importantly his rates are very reasonable and he doesn't charge an exorbitant call out fee. I would most definitely recommend Paul Donald and indeed already have.

Paul explained the plan for the work I had requested and gave an idea of when he would be available. Once we booked a date he arrived early, completed the work with minimal disruption and left the area clean when he finished. Thank you!

Needed some valves fitting, he's a straight talker, super friendly, realistic, talked you through everything that he's doing and how it was all working. The job was done quickly and effectively. After the job he went through and demonstrated it all working. Cleaned up and left. Really couldn't ask for a better plumber.

I contacted Paul on a Friday via email and he called back the next day; I missed his call but called him the following Monday and we arranged for him to visit to look at the work needed on Thursday the same week. I showed him the jobs and he provided me with an estimate and offered to do the jobs the same day, which was welcome and unexpected. He left to obtain the parts and returned about an hour later, completing two of the jobs (dripping tap repair and toilet flush) quickly. For the third job (replacing main stop valve) he didn't have the right part so he left again to obtain that, returned within 30 minutes and completed the job. Given how difficult it is to find a reliable plumber these days I was very happy with Paul's work, attitude and value for money. Happy to recommend him to others and to use him again.
