Paul come and fix our bath after we had a major leak, came out promptly and resolved the issue! A really lovely guy and very respectful of your property! Would recommend without hesitation to anyone!

Cannot recommend Paul enough. He came out at really short notice following my gas being turned off by the gas emergency people. No heating or hot water with the weekend looking bleak! Fixed in a jiffy by Paul who is extremely polite and amenable. Will definitely use Paul again!

Paul plumbed in our new washing machine after the delivery company failed to do so. He diagnosed the problem quickly and found a good solution which means all is now well. Paul is an experienced and knowledgeable plumber who offers good suggestions to a range of plumbing issues we discussed with him. He is also very pleasant and we would be happy using him again.

Paul averted a crisis. Day before a holiday, leaking valve under hellish pressure, water pouring out, he came round as soon as he could and did the fix there and then. Absolute star of a man. He reassured us from minute one, explained the process at each stage, and I'm not shy to say, educating us along the way. From stress to relief in a matter of hours, we really couldn't ask for more. He was tidy and did the job really quickly. A friendly, approchable bloke. He doesn't charge a call out, and carries enough parts on board to save you paying the plumber to drive to get the bits needed; leaving a bill which is less of a shock. Absolutely recommended and now our go to guy should we have any other issues in the future.

Can not praise Paul from PDW Plumbing and Heating enough. Nothing is too much trouble and goes above and beyond. There is absolutely no doubt I would recommend him to anyone who needs a quality plumber.

Being fairly local, Paul was kind enough to fit me in between other jobs on the same day that I called about a boiler breakdown. He was able to identify the exact fault on my 20+ year-old boiler within 5 minutes, and within half an hour of that had sourced the required part (which was not easy to come by due to the age of the boiler). Barely 48 hours after my initial call, the boiler was back up and running. Paul was friendly and good-humoured on both visits, and his encyclopaedic knowledge of boiler models and their faults was hugely reassuring. His rates were also entirely reasonable. Will definitely be using him for my boiler servicing in future, and have recommended to friends and family since.

Our boiler had a fault and would not heat water or warm radiators. Disaster with young children in the house! Paul fixed it for us and now we are back on track. He was able to attend promptly. Kept in touch on timing of his arrival. Couldn’t ask for more. Would recommend.

Paul quickly diagnosed the possible faults with our combi boiler. Sourced the required replacement parts quickly and efficiently. And he fixed the problems with speed. Paul was booked via the company we had arranged to install our wood stove. The job required him to cap off our gas and remove the existing fireplace. I would have no hesitation in recommending him.
